We make every effort to accurately display our jewellery, materials, colours and finishes. However, due to variations in screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of some products, slight variations may occur.
All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where products have been incorrectly priced, become unavailable or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events and peak shipping periods.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Linden & Frances is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect address details.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, Linden & Frances is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing parcels. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly and check with household members, neighbours or local collection points. We will assist where reasonably possible by providing tracking information and supporting any investigation with the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Jewellery Care
Customers are responsible for following any jewellery care instructions provided.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water damage or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, designs and written content, remains the property of Linden & Frances and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linden & Frances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantees or rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
