Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand through Australia Post.

All Linden & Frances orders are carefully prepared and packed from my home studio in Adelaide.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s delivery.

Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Linden & Frances is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the postal carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Linden & Frances cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
