Shipping policy

 

All Linden & Frances orders are carefully prepared and packed in Adelaide, South Australia. 

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard shipping within Australia is $10 or free for orders over $100. Express shipping is $15 within Australia. Shipping to New Zealand is $14AUD or free for orders over $150AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s delivery. We also offer local pick up for Adelaide customers.

Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Linden & Frances is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the postal carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Linden & Frances cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Local Pick Up

If you are local to Adelaide and wish to pick up your order, please select the pick-up option at checkout. Orders will typically be ready within 2 business days. 

Once ready, you will receive an email notification with the exact address and times available. We can be quite flexible with pick-up times. If this option is selected and you are unable to collect it, the shipping cost will need to be paid to fulfil the order.

Once you receive a notification that your order is ready for collection, please collect it within 14 days.
