• Yes! My necklaces are designed so that the pendants can slide on and off of the one chain and be alternated. This model is designed to lower costs and produce less waste.

    Pendants that are sold on 1mm chain are not compatible with thicker 2mm chains. However, you are welcome to email us to request custom changes so they fit on a 2mm chain.

  • All Linden & Frances orders are carefully prepared and packed from my home studio.

    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

    We ship Australia-wide through Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s delivery.

    Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Linden & Frances is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the postal carrier.

    Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as Linden & Frances cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

    Change of Mind
    Linden & Frances does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you decide the item is not suitable after receiving it. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order. Feel free to email for custom sizing before purchasing.

    Faulty or Incorrect Items
    In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

    If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

    Items that show signs of wear, misuse, accidental damage, or improper care can not be considered faulty.

    Return Conditions
    Where a return is approved:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

    • The item must not have been worn

    • Returns must be sent within 7 days of approval

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

    Custom Orders
    Custom pieces and personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
